I’m attending the XV World Kendo Championships in Novara (Italy) ‘embedded’ in Team Italy as a storyteller of their adventure.

Yesterday it was the turn of the Men Individuals – final was fought between Kim (Korea) and Takanabe (Japan) and won by the latter with an incredible last second tsuki.

Today is the Women individual’s day and tomorrow the final match of the National Teams.

A true martial art, a crowded Sport hall, young ‘samurais’ from all over the World and a true sport event.

This is true Kendo, ladies and gentleman.
